Working Solutions

About Us

Working Solutions is a nonprofit Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI) in San Francisco, California that provides microloans of $5,000 to $50,000 combined with business coaching, mentoring, and advising to underserved microentrepreneurs in the San Francisco Bay Area that want to start or grow a business but have limited or no access to traditional financing. Working Solutions prioritizes serving low-income entrepreneurs, women-, and minority-owned businesses and provides services in English, Spanish, and Cantonese.

Working Solutions has lent over $7 million to San Francisco Bay Area businesses and educated over 10,000 entrepreneurs.
