Brett Glickman has opened a retail oasis for women in the Fillmore District at 2108 Sutter Street in San Francisco, one block from her family home. She states, “Many things led me to this new chapter in my life, but I could no longer accept the status quo. By micro-sizing my life and starting this new business endeavor, I was able to minimize the detrimental effects of the larger world’s increased hypocrisy, inequality – and sheer lunacy. By opening a new shop in the San Francisco neighborhood where I live, I have been privileged to learn more about this rich and unexplored local universe. As a small business person, I feel more connected to others and truly enjoy helping customers while meeting other local business owners and being involved in my community.”
