About Us

California Institute of Integral Studies (CIIS) is an internationally recognized leader in integral education.

We currently enroll more than 1,500 students pursuing undergraduate and graduate degrees in one our four schools: the School of Consciousness and Transformation, the School of Professional Psychology and Health, the School of Undergraduate Studies, and the American College of Traditional Chinese Medicine.

Our Public Programs Department offers a dynamic array of workshops, lectures, concerts, and conferences, and we also host vibrant art exhibitions through our Arts at CIIS program. We're proud to provide low-cost mental health and acupuncture services to the San Francisco Bay Area through our 9 award-winning counseling and acupuncture clinics.

CIIS is accredited by the Western Senior College and University Commission (WSCUC) and Accreditation Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (ACAOM).
