Help Your Restaurant Thrive: Grants Now Open for California Food Businesses
PG&E is proud to support California’s restaurant community through our sponsorship of Restaurants Care, a program of the California Restaurant Foundation.
Since 2021, the Restaurants Care Resilience Fund has awarded over $11 million to more than 2,000 independent restaurants, caterers, and food trucks across the state, helping local businesses grow and adapt.
Eligible businesses can apply for grants of up to $5,000 to support equipment upgrades, workforce development, technology enhancements, and unexpected hardships. The application window is open June 1–June 30, with awards announced in the fall.
In addition, Restaurants Care offers year-round relief grants of up to $2,500 for food and beverage workers experiencing personal hardship.
