Hanley Chan is an exceptional individual who has dedicated his life to serving his community and country. Born and raised in San Francisco, he earned an Associate degree in Administration of Justice and Health Care Technology from City College of San Francisco and a Bachelor degree in Humanities from New College of California.

As a disabled veteran, Hanley has served his country in various capacities, including as a Naval Aviation Ordnancemen and 19k Armor Crewman in the California National Guard. He has also served as a Petty Officer in the California State Military Reserves Maritime Unit, a 1st Lieutenant in the US Air Force Auxiliary, US Coast Guard Auxiliary Vessel Examiner, and a Specialist for the California State Guard in the Oakland Military Institute.

Jeff Sheibels is a US Coast Guard Veteran having served from 2000 to 2010 as a Boatswain's Mate Second Class and has various awards, in the form of ribbons and medals.  He received a Bachelors in both Business Administration with a specialization in Finance, and in Account.  His current position is Principal Consultant at AppWrap. Where he applies expertise in NetSuite Subscription Module and system integrations to help companies with automating their business processes.  Including preparing for their IPO.
