Dear Union Street Merchant,

 

We’re thrilled to announce that Union Street will host its first official Entertainment Zone during our upcoming Sip + Stroll event! This is a milestone moment for our street — for the first time, businesses with a liquor license will be able to sell alcohol to-go in plastic cups, and guests can enjoy their drinks while strolling up and down Union Street.

 

 

• Sell to-go alcoholic beverages in plastic cups.

• Be creative with how you want to market your drinks or with your deals. 

If you do not sell alcohol:

• Offer themed treats, snacks, or special products.

• Run in-store specials or giveaways.

• Partner with a liquor-licensed neighbor for food + drink pairings.

We’ll be doing our part to drive traffic to your business:

• Wayfinding Balloons will be placed outside participating businesses on the event night so guests know exactly where to go.

• Marketing materials will be shared with you shortly, so you can easily promote the event to your customers and online followers. We will share an editable version of the flyers as well for you to update your deals and add your logo.

This is a great opportunity to increase sales, attract new customers, and be part of a new tradition that will keep Union Street buzzing.
