Supervisor Safai was elected to represent District 11 in November 2016. He represents the neighborhoods of Cayuga Terrace, Crocker Amazon, Excelsior, Mission Terrace, Ocean View/Merced Heights/Ingleside and Outer Mission. Prior to joining the Board of Supervisors, Ahsha was the Political Director for the San Francisco Janitors Union Local 87 and also Principal of Kitchen Cabinet Public Affairs.
