Assemblymember Phil Ting was elected to the State Assembly in 2012. He represents the 19th Assembly District which spans the West side of San Francisco as well as the communities of Broadmoor, Colma and Daly City.
Assemblymember Ting brings a unique combination of financial skills, a commitment to civil rights and years of experience from local government service to this work. Prior to being elected to the Assembly he served as San Francisco's Assessor-Recorder.
