This workshop will offer consultative advice and a Q&A discussion for those who feel they want or need to reinvent themselves and are considering working as a consultant.
The program will include a discussion of some realities of starting a small business and working in a small business.
There will be some useful questions to help you evaluate if this kind of a next step in your career makes sense for you
Our speaker is Brian Kuepper who has a wealth of knowledge. He is experienced in helping managers, especially those looking for a change from corporate, make the transition to their own small business enterprises.
He can advise how to match your goals, skills and financial qualifications to consulting work .
In his own career, Brian is a franchise Consultant at New Ground Consulting. There he helps individuals determine if franchise ownership is right for them. Working with both investors and those looking for a change from corporate, he matches goals, skills and financial qualifications with carefully screened franchise opportunities. His specialty expertise in Business Systems, Sales and Marketing Strategy, Customer Retention and Satisfaction make him ideal to help job hunters considering a switch to consulting.
