Edward Ong is the Principal and Managing Broker of Peak Real Estate Group, a boutique real estate brokerage based in San Francisco. His team works with clients focused on residential, commercial, and investment properties throughout California. He is an alumni of the University of California, Berkeley and UCLA School of Law. 



Anna Roumiantseva, Co-Founder and CEO at HomeSlice
Anna Roumiantseva is passionate about urban innovation and is the Founder and CEO of a startup called HomeSlice, which is making home ownership more accessible through shared purchasing. She holds an MBA from UC Berkeley and has a background in design strategy, using human-centered design to solve problems and build products for Fortune 500 companies, startups, and not-for-profit organizations alike. 

Cheryl Young, Senior Economist at Trulia
Cheryl Young is a Senior Economist at Trulia. Prior to Trulia she was a consultant with the World Bank’s Urban Development Unit. She has also served as an associate with Bankable Frontier Associates’ housing finance practice, led a housing research program at the Centre for Development Finance — a think-tank in India, and was a project manager for New York City’s Department of Housing Preservation and Development.
