The San Francisco Chamber of Commerce in partnership with the Office of Economic and Workforce Development (OEWD), is leading SF Biz Connect, a new city wide initiative focused on encouraging business to 'Shop Local'.
The initiative encourages large businesses to take the pledge to shift 5% of their spending to small, local companies and to identify and encourage small businesses to list their company on the platform. The purpose of this event is to highlight the ease of shopping local and encourage the interaction between large and small businesses.
