Polk Street Merchant Walk

The San Francisco Chamber of Commerce is delighted to invite you to our upcoming Polk Street Merchant Walk on August 25 at 4:00 pm for a chance to get to know and support some amazing small businesses. Together, we will be visiting 4 small businesses in the Polk Gulch neighborhood to provide our entrepreneurs and leaders alike an opportunity to explore, support, and network with one another. Below is the tentative itinerary:

4:00 - 4:30 pm | Harris' Restaurant - The San Francisco Steakhouse
> Our first stop is Harris' Restaurant Steakhouse. Established in 1984, Harris' Restaurant is passionate about providing the Bay Area with the best dry-aged steaks and elegance and style. Harris' provides world-class service, traditional steak house dishes prepared to perfection, and some of the best cocktails you will find.

4:30 - 5:00 pm | The Real Food Company
> Started in 1969 The Real Food Company opened with a focus on organic, local, and sustainable foods well before Whole Foods was a common name. While the business has seen a few different owners and had its fair share of struggles today it is thriving and growing. As a neighborhood staple Real Foods has been in the same location on Polk street since 1972 and continues to support and feed the local Russian Hill community to this day. Today you will find many local, organic, and unique food items, fresh organic produce, sustainable meats, and natural vitamins.

5:00 - 5:30 pm | Biondivino
> Biondivino is a woman-owned business that specializes in being one of the Bay Area's best sources for high-quality, traditionally styled Italian wines. Inspired by the owner's, Cerri Smith's, familial history, Biondivino is dedicated to hand-selecting an extensive range of wines from smaller producers, featuring many organic and biodynamic natural wines as well as the harder-to-find cult wines ensuring there is something for everyone to enjoy.

5:30 - 7:00 pm | Bar Iris - Networking Session
>To end our evening, we will be heading to Bar Iris a recent addition to the Polk Gulch area. Having only been in business for 8 months, Bar Iris features exceptional Japanese-inspired drinks, carefully crafted to be incredibly delicious and aesthetically pleasing. With over a decade of combined experience, the Bar Iris team is passionate about providing a relaxing and friendly environment.

Here you will have an opportunity to try some of their exceptional handcrafted cocktails, with the first round of drinks being on us and some light Canapes! Mingle amongst the events' attendees for a chance to further get to know each other and what the Polk community is all about.
