Optimize Your Resume for Screening Software - Resume Do's and Don'ts (ATS)

Optimize Your Resume for Screening Software - Resume Do's and Don'ts (ATS)

The Job Forum presents "Resume Do's and Don'ts", how to adapt your resume to work for Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)

About this Event

The Job Forum is offering this event to help job hunters better understand the SW called Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) being used to screen your applications and resume.

Applicant tracking systems (ATS) are the type of software that help companies, recruiters, and hiring managers screen resumes, manage candidates and more easily find ideal candidates from a large pool of applicants.

Nowadays, when you send in your job application, your resume is probably reviewed by an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) first. The ATS helps HR managers and recruiters to streamline and select candidates for interviews and helps them to hire qualified candidates. This Job Forum session is offered to help job hunters in the SF Bay Area to build your resumes in ways that help you to create a win /win resume, given that ATS screening is going on.

This Job Forum expert panel discussion will focus on helping job hunters understand the implications regarding how Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and artificial intelligence are used to manage the candidate evaluation processes within companies and organizations...and how you can adapt.

Our experts will share “insider tips“ to help job hunters get to the next round.

You will hear directly from experts and learn the 5-7 specific steps you can take so you and your resume are much more likely to get considered and you move forward in the process.

There will be a Q&A period with breakout sessions so job hunters get to ask your own questions and talk directly with our experts.
