Join us for a FREE live simulcast of Verdi’s La Traviata, transmitted in high definition from the stage at War Memorial Opera House to Oracle Park’s massive 4k Videoboard.

The 14th edition of the SF Opera & SF Giants collaboration will take place on Friday, November 11 at 7:30 p.m. This year, the annual Opera at the Ballpark event is part of San Francisco Opera’s centennial year programming.

Bring a blanket and experience the Opera like never before. We can’t wait to see you in November for an unforgettable night celebrating 100 years of The San Francisco Opera.

 

Music Director Eun Sun Kim gives the down beat and the curtain rises for the first time on director Shawna Lucey’s new vision for La Traviata. Audiences on the Field and in the stands will share in the opening night excitement while enjoying ballpark concessions. Concessions will be open throughout the simulcast, providing audiences the rare opportunity to pair hot dogs, peanuts and garlic fries with a live Opera performance.

This simulcast is free and open to the public and registration is strongly advised. Lawn chairs are not permitted on the Field and backpacks, glass containers, alcohol and hard-sided coolers will not be allowed into the ballpark. Oracle Park is accessible by public transportation.
