Keep Your Motor Running While you Look for a Job
Job search is stressful and you need your strength to keep focused and energetic.
About this Event
FREE workshop - Strength training for Job Hunters
Desisto Strength Training is a ZeroForce Exercise Method that is slow motion and only takes 20 minutes a week to help build muscles and stamina and feel leaner and healthier .
Normally, David Desisto runs his exercise studio in San Francisco, not far from the San Francisco Financial District.
THE JOB FORUM has asked him to share some techniques that you can do at home to build muscles, increase your focus and feel better able to meet the challenges of a challenging job search.
- Muscle is central to metabolism, or the rate at which fat and calories are burned, and can help improve resiliency to the stressors of aging.
- By simply stepping up activity like walking, we can slow muscle loss and prevent crossing that critical threshold that leads to functional limitations and metabolic issues.”
- By adding specific strength building exercises we can add fitness and energy.
