Evaluate your Medicare part D plan (potentially saving you money on your drug costs)
Review all of your medications (to make sure they are safe & effective)
Free vaccinations (flu and pneumococcal)
Blood pressure screening, diabetes testing, cholesterol testing, asthma screening, bone density screening, memory decline screening, falls risk assessment and much more!

Please bring:
1. ALL of your prescription & over-the-counter drugs
2. Your Medicare card (red, white, & blue card)
