The Fiscal Year 2018-2027 City and County of San Francisco Capital Plan is the City’s commitment to building a more resilient and vibrant future for the residents, workers, and visitors of San Francisco. Updated every odd-numbered year, the Plan is a fiscally constrained expenditure plan that lays out infrastructure investments over the next decade. This document is the product of input from Citywide stakeholders, who have put forth their best ideas and most realistic estimates of San Francisco’s future needs.

Edgar Lopez is the City Architect and Deputy Director for San Francisco Public Works. He leads the Building Design and Construction team responsible for delivering a wide range of capital projects and programs totaling more than $4 billion.
Ronald Alameida, Director of Project Management for San Francisco Public Works, is a licensed architect with more than three decades of experience in all phases of design, construction and project administration. Recently, he led the project development of the $887 million Zuckerberg San Francisco General Hospital Rebuild Program, including developing a CM/GC + Core Subcontractor delivery method for the design for the City and County of San Francisco; and in January 2017, was appointed director of design and construction for the Transbay Transit Center by the Board of Directors of the Transbay Joint Powers Authority. Construction on the $2.1 billion transit center will be substantially complete in December 2017.
