Relationships are crucial to the job seeker. Relationships open doors to opportunities. Relationships get interviews and offers. And when the interviews and offers aren't coming, relationships are what get us through. In today's pandemic era, now more than ever, we need to strengthen our sense of human connection.

In this workshop we will learn how we can all strengthen our relationships. We invite you to bring with you to our session, your own list of 1-3 people whom you know (yet perhaps have not stayed in touch) and with whom you want to re-connect. We will discuss examples of how to move ahead building connections.

Some exercises will include:

• Identifying your team
• Connecting with Strangers
• Making Friends
• Increasing Closeness with your Friends
• Your Maintenance Plan to sustain your team
• Opportunity for Q&A regarding your own career situation
