Description: In a certain world, relying on past experience is an easy and acceptable way to operate. In today’s uncertain world, this can mask your lack of confidence and inability to make decisions in a vacuum of certain information. You think we are in control, but you are not. Using practical approaches from positive psychology, neuroscience and behavioral science this talk will show you how to regain the confidence and competence to be ready for anything.
