Debra has been leading successful speed networking events for the past 8 years for various business associates including Northern California Human Resource Council, Bank of America, Women of Vision and the San Francisco Chamber of Commerce. She also led the very popular Networking Connections educational sessions at the SF Chamber’s Women in Business Roundtable events. Leading these events is a natural out growth of her passion for connecting people. Since founding Monroe Personnel Service in 1986, Debra has assisted hundreds of Bay Area businesses in meeting their staffing needs. Debra is a recipient of the Soroptimist Business Making a Difference for Women award.
A native San Franciscan, Debra received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in History and French from the University of California at Berkeley and a Juris Doctorate from the University of California at Davis. She is an inactive member of the State Bar of California.
