15th Annual On Lok Golf Classic

On Lok is hosting its 15th Annual Golf Classic on Thursday, June 13, 2013 at Crystal Springs Golf Course in Burlingame.

Over the past 14 years, this one golf event has raised over $250,000.  The funds are used to finance improvements to On Lok participants’ living areas, particularly the renovation of the second floor Roof Garden.    

Proceeds from the 15th Annual Golf Tournament will help us purchase wheel-chair accessible planter bed and plant trees that will limit chilly winds for the roof garden at On Lok’s main facilities in San Francisco.  The Roof Garden provides not only an ideal, moderate exercise opportunity for elders but also proven therapy for those with dementia or those who suffer from depression.
