Every film must use a required line and prop and each film will be assigned a random genre. Whether you're an amateur\, pro\, or a student\, this competition is designed to be an exciting way to push the bounds of your creativity.\n\n\n\nThe top 16 films are premiered at a live event at the Marines' Memorial Theatre near Union Square.
