DESCRIPTION:Municipal 5G Wireless Technology and Policy Forum\n\nPresented By:\n\n\n\n\n\nJoint Venture Silicon Valley\n\nThe pace of progress in wireless technology continues to increase\, and these changes are creating new challenges and opportunities for municipal leaders.  This study session is designed to educate elected officials and senior municipal leaders about new technologies\, and emerging trends.  Joint Venture is convening these study sessions to help municipalities and the industry realize their shared vision of making California a world-class showcase of cutting-edge wireless technologies.\n\nOur November 12th 2019 study session will feature educational presentations from Joint Venture\, AT&T California\, and others on the following topics:\n\n\n	Densified 4G networks (DAS & Small Cell) & 5G.\n	FirstNet   Nationwide Public Safety LTE.\n	Applications of wireless to smart city projects.\n	Addressing citizen concerns about aesthetics\, RF safety\, and perceived impacts to real estate valuations.\n	Leveraging wireless to promote digital equity.\n\n\n\n\n\n\nThis Public Policy Forum begins at 12:00 pm in the Chamber boardroom. Light lunch will also be provided.\n\n \n\n\nThe Chamber's Public Policy Forums are held monthly to help partners understand and engage in key issues impacting the business community. Forums feature elected representatives\, city department heads\, subject-matter experts and community leaders in a facilitated dialogue on issues of concern.
