He will share details about his second nearer-to-death experience\, his transformational recovery process\, the life-changing learnings he's gleaned from them and how\, as a result\, his consciousness has grown even beyond that of his first NDE.\nHis first NDE\, in March 1977\, took him into the Light and a Conversation with God\, in which he was Called to his Life's Purpose\, becoming a founding leader of Cultural Diversity in the workplace since 1982. A 100-foot tree landed on his head as he was whitewater rafting\, resulting in a severe left-frontal-lobe Traumatic Brain Injury and 8-day coma. After regaining consciousness he was unable to read or write\, walk or talk and did not recognize his parents\, siblings\, children\, friends -or even himself!\n\nOnly a 10 to 50% recovery plateau was estimated. However\, three years of hospital rehabilitation got him to recovery at a 70% level\, and now\, after seventeen years of progressive recovery\, he is 90% recovered.
