SUMMARY:Legally Required Harassment Prevention Training
DESCRIPTION:It seems that every day there is a new allegation of sexual harassment in the headlines. With heightened awareness\, and new levels of reporting unprofessional behavior\, you have never been at greater risk to face a harassment charge. Harassment is a legal risk for your organization\, it lowers morale\, decreases productivity\, and can cost you good employees. Education is the key to mitigating your risk and creating a respectful workplace.\n\nAnti-harassment training for supervisors is also required by law. This workshop is a cost-effective way to provide this mandatory training to supervisors.
