He has had an entrepreneur mindset and has worked towards financial independence from a young age. Jason believes that he developed this fixation after observing both the freedom that came with entrepreneurship and the challenges that a lack of money brings.\n\n\n\nAfter studying mechanical engineering and before getting into real estate\, he worked as a professional software developer and also collaborated as a co-founder on two tech startup projects\, thinking that was the best path to reach his goals. After a number of years and not making much progress\, a long-time real estate investor friend turned Jason on to flipping and wholesaling.\n\n\n\nJason got started door knocking on pre-foreclosures in 2017 and has since continued to build his skills and business. It occurred to him early on that he could use his technical background as a competitive advantage in the real estate world and plans to continue to incorporate software to scale and automate his business.
