Even before COVID-19, the climate for small businesses was changing. High rents, changing consumer behavior, and on-line competition presented major challenges. This workshop will provide a framework to help entrepreneurs sort through short-term issues (how to re-open after Shelter-in-Place) and imagine long-term plans as they explore new ways to generate revenue, revitalize their communities and build more resilient businesses. Guided by the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, this workshop will explore the following areas:
- Re-opening financial and related support needs
- Safe re-opening strategies
- Building a support network
Resetting your business for equity and resiliency

- Sandy Sohcot, Sohcot Consulting
- Ken Stram, 2BridgeCommunications
- Rose Souders, CEO & Founder, Potluck Consulting
Moderator: Naima McQueen, Executive Director, Alliance for Community Development; USF Gellert Family Business Center Advisory Board member
